IPM 是适用于三相电机控制的全集成模块系列,已针对低功率器件实现了优化。iMOTION™ IPM 产品家族包括两个不同系列:IMM100 和 IMI110,它们将电机控制 IC 和三相逆变器级集成到一个封装中,最大限度地减少了外部元件数量,缩小了电路板面积。三相逆变器级基于6颗 MOSFET 或6颗 IGBT。这些 iMOTION™ IPM 通过利用经实践检验的 iMOTION™,实现了最高集成度。
运动控制引擎(MCE)结合提供所有必备硬件功能:从单路分流电流感测到自举功能、信号滤波,以及多种硬件保护,如死区时间插入和防击穿保护。iMOTION™ IPM 不需要散热片,可用于典型应用输入功率在 70 W 到 80W 之间(取决于所选产品型号)的电机驱动应用,且IPM的最大DC电压为 600 V。
所有 IMI110 和 IMM100 系列器件均可满足 IEC/UL 60730(B类)规定的功能安全要求。
