英飞凌的系统基础芯片(SBC)可使各种汽车应用提高集成度和性能,包括车身控制模块、网关、闭合模块(门、车顶、尾门、拖车)、座椅控制模块、换档器、燃油泵、暖通空调、无线车内充电器、分动箱、氮氧化物传感器和排气模块、灯光控制模块和水泵。我们的解决方案集成了750 mA 的 LDO 或 DC-DC ,符合 ISO 11898-2:2016 的高达 5 Mbps 的 CAN FD 收发器通信接口(包括部分网络选项)和 LIN 收发器 (LIN2.2 J2602)以及监控功能(唤醒输入、看门狗、复位、中断和故障输出)。

An SBC is an integrated component that combines common system features required on Automotive ECUs such as: communication transceivers, voltage regulators, diagnostics and supervision functions, switches and wake inputs.
An SBC can be used in all Automotive ECUs where a communication interface and a supply for the microcontroller is required, for example in:
- Body Control Modules
- Climate Control Modules
- Light Control Units
- Gateways
