ISOFACE™ digital isolators are based on Infineon’s coreless transformer (CT) technology and provide robust high-voltage isolation for a broad range of applications. They are the preferred choice for isolated gate signal transfer in high-density power designs and isolating communication interfaces such as UART, CAN and SPI.
High robustness
Infineon ISOFACE ™ digital isolators provide the highest level of robustness, even in noisy environments. This is due to benchmark's highest CMTI, both TTL and CMOS input threshold options (for dual-channel digital isolators) as well as active-high and active-low output enable (for quad-channel digital isolators), integrated glitch filter, and wide supply voltage range.
Easy replacement
The products are pin-to-pin compatible and can therefore be used as a direct replacement in existing customer designs for supply security.

Certifications
ISOFACE™ digital isolators are certified according to the most stringent component isolation standard for capacitive and magnetic isolators, such as VDE0884-17, UL1577, IEC 60747-17.
