Used for body control modules (BCM), HVAC, and lighting, these microcontrollers ensure advanced security via HSM, Arm® Cortex®-M0+ for secure processing, and dual-bank flash for FOTA. TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2B9 features a 32-bit MCU core led by the 160 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 single, a memory of 2MB flash, 128 KB work flash, 256 KB SRAM, and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ dedicated to cryptography. Packaged from 64/100/144/176-pin LQFP, these MCUs meet space and layout needs.
The device offers various features, up to 8-ch CAN FD, 8-ch SCB, 12-ch LIN-UART and 4-ch CXPI controller. it has also up to 64 channels for the AD converter, with 12-bit resolution and 3x successive approximation ADC (SAR ADC) units. It also boasts up to 12-channel motor control timers, 63-channel 16-bit timer/counter/pulse-width modulation (TCPWM), and 8-channel 32-bit TCPWM for synchronization.
