CY8C32xxx

The CY8C32 family of ultra low power, PSoC™ programmable system-on-chip devices is part of the scalable 8-bit PSoC™ 3 and 32-bit PSoC™ 5 architectures. This family provides configurable blocks of digital, interconnect circuitry and a minimal set of analog peripherals all integrated  with a high-performance 8051 CPU subsystem. The combination of a CPU with a very flexible analog subsystem, digital subsystem, routing, and I/O enables a high level of integration in a wide variety of consumer, industrial, medical and many other applications.
