The 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 series are optimized for the best performance in high speed switching applications operating in range from 15 kHz to 40 kHz. The 1200 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 was developed as easy plug & play replacement for predecessor 1200 V HighSpeed3 IGBT series. Direct replacement of 1200 V HighSpeed3 IGBT with new S6 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 6 allows up to 0.15% efficiency improvement without any change to the board design.
