We present our product family of half-bridges, choppers, common emitter and single switches with the state-of-the-art IGBT4 and IGBT7 chip technology at 650 V/ 1200 V/ 1700 V.
The 62mm portfolio is also available with CoolSiC™ in 1200 V and 2000 V in the well-known half-bridge as well as common source topology.
The 62mm power modules have a broad product spectrum; customers can choose from different voltage classes, power ratings as well as different IGBT chip generations. The latest addition to the 62mm portfolio is the integration of 1200 V IGBT7 as well as 1200 V and 2000 V CoolSiC™ MOSFETs with RDS(on) ratings of 1 mΩ to 6 mΩ. In addition to the 1200 V Portfolio, 62mm modules are also available in 1700 V with a current rating from 150 A up to 600 A.
