The iMOTION™ IMD110 is a series of highly integrated ICs for the control of three phase motors. The devices integrate the motor controller with a high voltage three-phase gate driver and a voltage regulator. We offer the driver as a ready-to-use solution for motor and (optional) PFC control with an integrated scripting engine granting flexibility for a wide range of applications. The family takes advantage of the latest generation of our field-proven Motion Control Engine (MCE), implementing Field Oriented Control (FOC) and using space vector PWM to achieve highest energy efficiency. The MCE integrates multiple protection features like over- and under-voltage, over current, rotor lock etc.
All IMD110 devices support the functional safety requirements according to the IEC/UL 60730 (‘Class B’).
