Infineon’s range of my-d™ vicinity products are focusing on applications with memory demands of up to 10 kbit EEPROM and are based on ISO/IEC 15693 or ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 1 standards for contactless vicinity cards.
My-d™ vicinity Plain is the most cost-effective solution for a range of vicinity card uses. Each product offers a data rate of up to 26.48 kbits/s and anticollision identification protocols for the reading of up to 30 tags/sec. An impressive read/write distance of up 150cm makes for an ideal solution for challenging environments where close contact is less practical such as complex supply chains or winter sport ticketing.

SRF 55V02P is a standard NFC Forum Type 5 Tag Certified model. Features include data rate up to 26.48kbit/s, anti-tear support, 232 Byte (user) and 64 Byte (admin) EEPROM. It is suitable for applications including supply chain management and ticketing.
SRF 55V02P HC is a high on-chip capacitance (97pF ± 5 %) variant of SRF 55V02P allowing smaller tag antenna designs. It offers the same robust security features, including individual page locking and a unique serial number.
SRF 55V10P is a variant of SRF 55V02P with increased memory capacity; 1000 Byte (user) and 256 Byte (admin) EEPROM.
