Small Signal Transistors & Diodes

Infineon offers a wide portfolio of small signal bipolar transistor and diodes that covers nearly all applications in automotive, industry, consumer, communication, and datacom. The bipolar transistors offer breakdown voltages up to 300 V and high collector currents up to 1000 mA. These transistors can be used for most high-voltage and general purpose applications. The diodes are ideal for usage in reverse polarity protection, in bridge rectifier circuits, as well as in clipping and clamping circuits.
