Find the answer to your wireless charging problems with Infineon products formed into a complete system solution. Browse our selection of power MOSFETs, authentication ICs, wireless charging ICs with reference designs, or test it for yourself with our OPTIGA™ Trust Charge evaluation kit. In the tabs below, you'll find additional information about how some of our products enable a solution and the benefits they offer.
Infineon offers a wide range of small signal and small power MOSFETs. These products are ideally suited for space-constrained battery charging, among other applications.
Our small signal MOSFETs portfolio is composed of small signal N-channel MOSFETS and small signal P-channel MOSFETs which are also known as small signal PMOS and small signal NMOS. These small signal MOSFETs offer a wide range of drain-source on resistance RDS(on) values and voltage classes. Infineon’s small signal and small power transistors have a maximum power dissipation of 2 watts or less.
Keep things safe and secure with our authentication products like the OPTIGA™ Trust Charge, which supports device authentication for inductive wireless charging according to the Qi 1.3 wireless charging standard. OPTIGA™ Trust Charge enables device safety by protecting against fake chargers. Even better, you can reduce time to market with OPTIGA™ Trust Charge's full turnkey solution which includes drivers, a software library, pre-implemented certificates, and key pairs.
WLC1 is the first generation of wireless charging ICs and comprises WLC1115 (consumer Qi2 transmitter), WLC1515 (automotive transmitter), WLC1150 (proprietary transmitter), and WLC1250 (proprietary receiver). WLC1 integrates programmable and analog blocks, gate drivers, DC-DC controllers, and sensing-protection peripherals. They are offered in both extended industrial and automotive grade, with different packaging options, and they are all supported in ModusToolbox™ software.
