Infineon is pleased to provide you the source code for the free and open source software used in Infineon products (“FOSS Packages”). Each FOSS Package is provided under the terms and conditions of the applicable license agreement, which is included in each download archive.

Open Source Encryption libraries as supplied in the FOSS, are considered open source and publicly available for purposes of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and as such, are not subject to the EAR. The usage of, or any modifications or changes to the libraries may affect the export control status of the libraries under the EAR and any other applicable export control regimes.
