Phoenix: A Compact Powerhouse
Released in Jan, 2025, the charger delivers 1,500 watts of power in a form factor slightly larger than a mobile phone*. This compact size accommodates wide tolerances of up to 5 cm of airgap, making it an ideal solution for mobile robot and mobility OEMs seeking to integrate contactless charging into their systems. The universal contactless charging technology supports multiple battery types. It ensures seamless compatibility and convenience. Phoenix has already received positive feedback during sample testing, demonstrating its potential to improve the electrified mobility landscape.
Empowered by Infineon: The Backbone of Phoenix
To achieve the high-power density and efficiency required for the charger, Xnergy selects a range of Infineon products, including OptiMOS™, CoolSiC™ MOSFET, XENSIV™ current sensors, and AC-DC integrated power stage CoolSET™. These components play a crucial role in enabling the Phoenix's compact design while maintaining its high-power output. Our MOSFETs ensure efficient power conversion, while the XENSIV™ current sensors provid accurate monitoring and control of the charging process. The gate drivers enable fast and reliable switching of the power stages. By leveraging Infineon's products, Xnergy is able to minimize heat generation and maximize the Phoenix's overall performance.
