Three-phase inverter power stage with half-bridge driver, single low-side driver and IGBT H5
EVAL-M3-TS6-665PN is a complete evaluation board including PFC integration IKB20N65EH5 discrete IGBT and IRS2890DS / IRS44273L Gate driver ICs for motor drives application. Ready to use three-phase inverter power stage with 600 V blocking voltage and up to 500 W.
In combination with iMOTION™ MADK control boards to run a motor within one hour, like EVAL-M3-102T.
This evaluation board is designed to give easy-to-use power stage based on the Infineon's discrete IGBT. The board is equipped with all assembly groups for sensorless field oriented control (FOC). It provides a single-phase AC-connector, rectifier, a PFC inductor, Boost PFC and 3-phase output for connecting the motor. The power stage also contains emitter shunts for current sensing and a voltage divider for DC-link voltage measurement.
