Industry-leading high-performance parallel NOR flash memory
Infineon offers the industry's broadest portfolio of high-performance parallel NOR flash memory. We leverage industry-standard floating gate and proprietary MIRRORBIT™ technologies to deliver fast random access and high-density solutions. The product line supports page mode, standard mode, burst mode, and simultaneous read/write parallel NOR products. Each device requires only a single power supply for read and write functions and is entirely command-set compatible with the JEDEC flash standards. Our longevity program offers long-term availability of up to ten-plus years, making Infineon the most trusted supplier of parallel NOR flash solutions.
Industry's broadest portfolio of NOR flash memory solutions
High-performance page mode 3 V (64 Mb - 2 Gb): The high-performance page mode GL NOR flash family is optimized for a wide variety of embedded applications. It offers the highest bandwidth and lowest access time of all Infineon Parallel NOR flash.
Simultaneous Read/Write 3 V (32 Mb - 128 Mb): The simultaneous Read While Write PL and JL NOR flash families are capable of performing simultaneous read and write operations with zero latency on four separate banks. The PL family also supports page mode operation which increases data throughput to improve system performance. Both PL and JL families are automotive-qualified.
Standard interface 1.8 V/3 V (8 Mb - 16 Mb): The standard interface AS NOR flash family is a low-voltage standard mode flash. The standard interface AL NOR flash family is a standard mode flash with extended temperature support. Both AS and AL families are automotive-qualified.
Burst mode 2.5 V - 2.75 V (16 Mb): The burst mode CD NOR flash memory family offers simultaneous Read While Write flash optimized for harsh under-the-hood environments. The entire family is automotive-qualified.
Ensure long-term supply and support with Infineon's longevity program
Infineon’s flash memory product longevity program extends the availability of our most popular memory products to serve long-lived platforms. Typical longevity is 10+ years from the date of production release. By selecting NOR flash products covered by the program, you benefit from peace-of-mind and a robust supply chain for critical memory devices. Learn more about longevity program

Pre-qualified solutions and reference designs
Infineon works with chipset partners worldwide to qualify our memories with partner SoCs, validate drivers and software, and develop turnkey reference designs. The result is a suite of tools and resources that simplify the design process and reduce time to market. To help you select recommended and qualified memories for your chipsets, Infineon publishes chipset pairing guides. These spreadsheets map which Infineon memory products have been qualified with which partner chipsets. View pre-qualified memories for your chipsets
