Automotive-qualified solutions for the harshest environments
Infineon's GL-S and GL-T Parallel NOR flash products are AEC-Q100 qualified for the automotive market for temperatures of up to 105°C enabling them to withstand harsh environments. High-density and high-temperature Parallel NOR devices support ADAS, chassis, drivetrain, and infotainment systems. Infineon also provides production part approval process (PPAP) support for AEC-Q100 qualified products.
High-performance, fast random access page mode
Infineon’s NOR flash products feature page mode, enabling high-speed (15 ns to 30 ns) random read access to locations within a page. Since the words are stored in an internal buffer, this reduces access time following the initial access for the first word. Page mode provides increased speed and reduced power consumption for systems with frequent page accesses.
