Infineon introduces the PSOC™ 4 HV MS series of products, providing a one-chip solution for smart edge-sensor designs for automotive, integrating programmable analog, multi-sense converter, high-voltage (12V) operation, and an ARM Cortex CPU. It enables smart edge-sensors integrating analog front-ends with multi-sense converter featuring the most advanced capacitive sensing solution with the 5th generation CapSense, programmable analog blocks (12-bit SAR ADC, op-amps), digital blocks (PWMs, serial communication blocks), high voltage operation, and enabling automotive functional safety level of ASIL-B according to ISO 26262.

ModusToolbox™ Software is a modern, extensible development environment supporting a wide range of Infineon microcontroller devices, including automotive PSOC™ Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers. This means that you will have access to all of the resources you need, can use them in your own workflow, and obtain only those resources which are necessary for your project. These repositories include board support packages (BSPs), low-level resources like a hardware abstraction layer (HAL) and peripheral driver library (PDL), and middleware that enables industry-leading features such as CAPSENSE™.
