Key features of Automotive PSOC™ 4 L series microcontroller family
One of the most promising features of the Automotive PSOC™ 4 L series is its CAPSENSE® with SmartSense auto-tuning technology. This feature includes two capacitive sigma-delta (CSD) blocks, which allow for accurate and reliable touch-sensing. Additionally, the device offers programmable analog blocks, including four configurable opamps, four current DACs (IDACs), two low-power comparators (CMP), and a 12-bit, 1 Msps SAR ADC.
The Automotive PSOC™ 4 L series also includes programmable digital blocks, such as eight universal digital blocks (UDBs), eight configurable 16-bit timer/counter/PWMs (TCPWMs), and four reconfigurable serial communication blocks (SCBs). This ensures that the device can handle a wide range of digital applications with ease.
Furthermore, the Automotive PSOC™ 4 L series has two controller area network (CAN) controllers, which enable the device to communicate with other CAN-enabled devices. The device also includes a Full-Speed USB 2.0 Controller, which allows for easy connectivity with other USB-enabled devices.
