PSOC™ 62xA, 62x8 Low power MCUs with embedded security, rich analog and digital peripherals
PSOC™ 62xA / 62x8 is a product family within the PSOC™ 6 MCU portfolio and comes under the PSOC™ 62 Performance Line. PSOC™ 6 MCU is based on an ultra-low power 40nm platform and supports various run time configurable power modes. The platform also supports various embedded security features like secured boot, secured key storage, and secured firmware updates. PSOC™ 62 Performance Line enables user application development on both the CPU cores (ARM® Cortex®-M4F and Cortex®-M0+) to optimize for power and performance.
PSOC™ 62xA product family offers 2048 KB of flash, 1024 KB of SRAM (1024 KB Flash / 512 KB SRAM in PSOC 62x8), and a rich set of analog and digital peripherals. PSOC 62xA / 62x8 product family can be used for a broad category of use cases - battery powered applications, low power sensor processing, Wi-Fi host MCU, touch user interface plus main MCU, system management control, general purpose embedded applications.
