Introducing TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4DN: a cutting-edge microcontroller family tailored for automotive applications like instrument clusters and head-up displays (HUD). With a powerful 320 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 CPU for main tasks, a dedicated Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripherals and security (HSM), it delivers exceptional performance.
Featuring 6 MB flash, 640 KB RAM, and 128 KB work flash, it is 2.7 V to 5.5 V kow power operation.
The TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4DN family offers a wide range of interfaces, including Gigabit Ethernet, 4-ch CAN FD, up to 12-ch SCB, and 2-ch LIN-UART. It also includes 2-ch SMIF supporting various modes. Its 2.5D engine, 4 MB VRAM, vector drawing, JPEG decoding, and versatile video-in and video-out options enhance its cluster capabilities. The family supports audio features like a sound module, PCM-PWM, I2S, DAC, and a 6-ch SMC + ZPD.
Packaged in 327-BGA, 17 × 17 × 1.70 mm, the TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4DN family ensures flexibility in design. It seamlessly integrates with various automotive systems through embedded peripherals, supporting protocols like CAN FD, LIN, CXPI, and Ethernet.

The TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4DN offers single chip solution up to 720p an HD resolution with enhanced 2.5D graphics engine. The On-The-Fly rendering mode and hardware decompression enables the most cost-efficient smart Cockpit without high-end 3D SoC or complicated software. And it features a dedicated best-in- class standby mode controller, with its own voltage domain to, not only support low power modes, but also to perform certain operations such as analog measurements, CAN and LIN communications, RTC and basic processing while the rest of microcontroller is in standby.
Safety is the core know-how of Infineon, and all products provide safety mechanism (including MBIST, ECC Flash/RAM, CRC) to ensure a safety platform supporting ASIL-B ISO 26262. State-of-the-art security with Secure Boot support by a dedicated Arm® Cortex-M0+ core and security hardware to accelerate cryptographic functions.
In terms of security, this product has an HSM compliant eVita full, ensuring the implementation of future proofed security measure. On top of this, it offers extensive connectivity with 4 CAN FD, 2 LINs, two SPIs and new high-speed communicating interfaces such as one Gbit Ethernet and two CXPIs.

ModusToolbox™ Software is a comprehensive suite of development tools and embedded run-time assets that provide such a flexible and efficient development environment. ModusToolbox™ Software provides specific tools and capabilities that support a seamless transition from the initial getting started setup, through the edit-compile-debug cycle of prototyping, and finally the retargeting of the embedded application to final hardware. The development environment supports TRAVEO™ T2G Arm® Cortex® Microcontroller as well as including PSoC™ Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers.
Infineon TRAVEO™ T2G AUTOSAR Software
The TRAVEO™ AUTOSAR Software was introduced to the market in 2014 and has since undergone numerous improvements and upgrades. For the TRAVEO™ T2G, a mature, feature-rich driver layer is now available, which is developed, maintained, and supported by in-house TRAVEO™ experts. The TRAVEO™ T2G AUTOSAR Software was developed in compliance with AUTOMOTIVE SPICE and ISO26262 standards, making it suitable for applications with safety targets up to ASIL-B. Additionally, the delivery package includes the EB Tresos™ configuration tool, which comes with a node-locked license.
