The TRAVEO™ T1G S6J312A/9/8 family features a single ARM Cortex-R5 and operates at 128 MHz. The TRAVEO™ T1G S6J312A/9/8 family incorporates the high-performance CAN FD interface for enhanced in-vehicle networking and is focused on various automotive applications including instrument cluster, head-up display, and driver information. In addition to the CAN FD interface, the S6J312A/9/8 family comes with a maximum of 1 MB of flash memory, 112 KB of work flash, and 16 KB of SRAM, and also features Secure Hardware Extension (SHE) for network security and improved performance for connected cars, as well as an advanced partial wakeup for lowering power consumption.

TRAVEO™ S6J31xx microcontrollers are for classic cluster applications, needles driven by stepper motors, with basic LCD or expanding external TFT LCD panel via LCD bus, ideal for low-end to mid-end designs, as well as for GPU-oriented high-end applications. All features are common across the TRAVEO™ family. Therefore, customers can easily scale up and down within the same family devices.
