TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32MEx offers 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core, running at speeds up to 240 MHz. These MCUs incorporate efficient 3D/2D graphics engines with advanced features for memory savings, safety, and high image quality. They support the HYPERBUS™ memory interface that improves read performance while reducing pin count. In addition, TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32MEx features Ethernet AVB, CAN FD, and SHE for security functions.

About TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32MEx 3D/2D graphics control
The TRAVEO™ T1G S6J32MEx MCU family comprises 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core capable of operating at speeds up to 240 MHz. These microcontrollers incorporate highly efficient 3D and 2D graphics engines with advanced feature sets that optimize memory usage, enhance safety, and ensure high image quality. This enables manufacturers to reduce overall system costs while meeting the performance and quality requirements of industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. Additionally, the microcontroller boasts support for the HYPERBUS™ memory interface, a breakthrough innovation that significantly enhances read performance while reducing pin count. It further includes functionalities such as Ethernet AVB, CAN FD, a high-speed communication protocol compatible with conventional CAN, and SHE (Secure Hardware Extension) for added security. The S6J32MEx series offers a diverse range of products, enabling the selection of the most suitable microcontroller specifications from this extensive lineup.
