TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J3360/S6J3370 is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller with an Arm® Cortex®-R5 core, running at speeds up to 132 MHz. It includes CAN FD—a high-speed communication protocol compatible with the conventional CAN, and SHE as a security function. S6J3360/S6J3370 series expands the automotive applications scalability into solid TRAVEO™ T1G family line-up with the best combination of the features for volume production class design.

TRAVEO™ T1G S6J3360/S6J3370 simple graphics overview
TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family S6J3360/S6J3370 features 32-bit RISC microcontrollers with an Arm® Cortex®- R5 core and operates up to 132 MHz. These microcontrollers come with optimized performance, a maximum of 2 MB of high-density embedded flash memory, and simple graphic support through the LCD bus. This series enhances the TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family with cost-optimized features expanding from the top-level MCU S6J331x series in the classic class cluster to the affordable solution in the cost-sensitive high-volume design. In addition, these microcontrollers offer support for Quad-SPI memory interface for the cost and feature-balanced system design. It includes CAN FD—a high-speed communication protocol compatible with the conventional controller area network (CAN) and SHE as a security function. S6J3360/S6J3370 series expands the automotive applications scalability into a solid TRAVEO™ T1G family lineup with the best combination of the features for volume production class design.

TRAVEO™ T1G S6J33xx series for cluster solutions
This series enhances TRAVEO™ T1G MCU family with cost optimized feature expanding from the top level MCU S6J331x series in the classic cluster applications, such as needles driven by stepper motors, with basic LCD or expanding external TFT LCD panel by LCD bus that is ideal for low-end to mid-end designs, as well as a great companion MCU for the GPU-oriented high-end applications. All the features are common among the TRAVEO™ family; customers can easily scale up/down within the same family devices.
