Small Signal for Industrial Applications
-60 V to -150 V small signal P-channel MOSFETs and 60 V to 600 V small signal N-channel MOSFETs
Devices in this family are intended for industrial applications and exhibit a high degree of robustness with breakdown voltages (VBRDSS) down to -150 V (product dependent). All devices are JEDEC qualified, simplifying the approval path for designers and allowing designs to go to market more quickly.
Portfolio, key features, benefits and applications
The small signal N-channel OptiMOS™ devices are available in the SOT-23 and SOT-223 packages. The voltage range for this family covers 60 V, 100 V, 250 V, and 600 V with R(DS)on values as low as 3000 mΩ (@VGS = 10 V).
The family includes OptiMOS™ 60 V, 100 V and 150 V P-channel devices. They are also available in SOT-23 and SOT-223 packages and offer R(DS)on values as low as 65 mΩ (@VGS= 10 V).
These devices are particularly valuable in modern technology applications, including battery management, load switches, and reverse polarity protection.
