MOTIX™ motor system ICs (SBC) for BLDC motors with integrated 3-phase gate driver, power supply, and communication interface (CAN FD or LIN transceiver) provides a unique level of integration. These products feature Infineon’s patented Adapted MOSFET control to improve MOSFET switching, reduce power dissipation, and remove external components such as capacitors, diodes or resistors.
