- MOTIX™ TLE9210x multi MOSFET gate driver IC is designed to control up to eight half-bridges (up to 16 n-channel MOSFETs). This low-integrated solution with discrete components gives you the flexibility of selecting the optimal device for each function.
- MOTIX™ single and multi half-bridge ICs combine gate-drivers with the MOSFET power stage in a single package. A small foot-print on the PCB, diagnostic feedback and protection add to the benefits of higher integration.
- All 4 members of the MOTIX™ BTM90xx full-brigde ICs family are ISO 26262-ready and provide as well extensive protection and diagnosis features. The two SPI variants, BTM9011EP and BTM9021EP, additionally support daisy chain operation.
- Infineon’s MOTIX™ motor system IC (SBC) is the world first IC to combine DC motor control with supply functionalities such as power supply, CAN FD & LIN. With MOTIX™ MCU | 32-bit motor control SoC a system-on-chip solution based on Arm® Cortex®-M is available.
For industrial usage Infineon adds to the automotive qualified DC motor control solutions industrial half- and full-bridges (IFX007 and IFX9201).

Infineon's patented adaptive MOSFET control concept
Infineon’s patented adaptive MOSFET control concept is reducing cost and eliminating efforts of end-of-line MOSFET calibration by an internal feedback loop between Infineon’s Driver IC and the MOSFETs.
The multi-stage slew rate control enables EMC tuning via SPI, including adjusting slew rate with independence from dead-time and turn on/off delays. The on-board measurement and self-adaption of external MOSFET switching times allows balancing of power dissipation vs. EMC performance, adjusts for MOSFET lot-to-lot variations, and makes the MOTIX™ TLE9210x a perfect choice for many different applications.
