TEMPFET™ are temperature-protected low-side switches and provide a basic level of protection via their integrated temperature sensor. The sensor is available on external pins to enable fast switching and flexible temperature response control. This family has been established in the market for almost 30 years now and is not intended for new designs. Alternative products are low-side power switches from the Classic HITFET™ and HITFET™+ family.
