XENSIV™ - TLE4961-3M Hall latch with output overcurrent and overtemperature protection
The Infineon TLE4961-3M is an integrated Hall effect latch designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. It is automotive qualified, according to AEC-Q100, but can also be used in industrial applications.
