200V Flyback with Synchronous Rectification Controller IR1161L (Steady-State)
This circuit demonstrates the steady-state of a flyback based on the versatile 200V Secondary Side High Speed SR Controller IR1161L.
It drives an N-Channel power MOSFET used as a synchronous rectifier in isolated Flyback converters operating in
discontinuous (DCM) or quasi resonant (QR) mode, also known as critical (CrCM) conduction, transition or boundary-mode.
A pair of IR1161s and MOSFETs may be also be used as a dual synchronous rectifier in resonant half-bridge converters
