The BTF3050TE Demoboard is a small PCB (85mm x 70mm) where a BTF3050TE
sample is already mounted. An integrated voltage regulator provides a stable 5V to
the device supply pin. The SRP resistor selector allows the user to control the device’s
Slew Rate. LEDs show the device status.
The part works at normal operation mode when SPDT1 switches to the left side.
Different slew rates can be got by conducting buttons 1 to 3 respectively.
SPDT1 switches to the right side for short circuit test, on this mode the part is self-
protected and diagnosis voltage VSRP increases from VSRP(NOR) to VSRP(FAULT).
LED1 and 2 indicate the the fault status(on for fault) and 5V supply voltage(on for
active) respectively. By clicking 'TR' on the up left corner the two LEDs will be on
or off acc. to the setup of SPDT1
