Smart High-Side Power Switch BSP452
Protection Features - Clamp of negative output
voltage with inductive load
The BSP452 is high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET,
providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions.
This circuit demonstrates the clamp of negative output voltage with inductive
load protection features of the BSP452. Many other devices provide similar
protection features.
Output clamp with the inductive load during switch off Von(CL) of about 47V.
