The 1ED3322MC12N is a EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced single channel galvanically isolated gate driver family
with integrated protection features such as short circuit protection, active Miller Clamp and active shutdown for
IGBT, MOSFET and SiC MOSFET in a DSO-16 wide body package. The products provide a typical output current
up to +6 A / -8.5 A.
All logic pins are 3.3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible and can be directly connected to a microcontroller. Data
transfer across the galvanic isolation is realized by the integrated Coreless Transformer (CT) technology.
