Minimized power consumption with Infineon's BCM solutions
Enabled by latest OPTIMOS 7TM technology, Infineon offers the broadest portfolio in the market in terms of RDs,on for MOSFETs and PROFET™ smart power switches, as well as various packaging options supporting any commonly-used cooling design. Together with the integrated idle mode solution for our PROFET™ and EiceDRIVER™ devices and the inherently low power consumption of the TRAVEO™ microcontroller family, you can optimize your BCM's power consumption.
Easily adoptable ISO-26262 BCM solutions
Infineon's AURIX™ microcontrollers are best-in-class for ASIL-D functional safety designs and are complemented by the TRAVEO™ family for ASIL-B needs (partly with ASIL-D island). The PROFET™ smart power switches, as well as the MOTIX™ motor control solutions are ISO-ready and partly ISO-compliant with plenty of safety documentation available, allowing the overall easiest functional safety design in the market.
48 V zone architecture readiness
