インフィニオン、EVトラクション インバーター用パワーモジュールHybridPACK™ Drive G2 (第２世代) を発表

インフィニオン テクノロジーズ (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) は本日、車載パワーモジュールHybridPACK™ Driveの第２世代 (G2)を発表しました。HybridPACK™ Drive G2は、B6統合パッケージとして定評あるHybridPACK™ Drive G1のコンセプトに基づき、同じ占有面積による拡張性をもたらし、設計のしやすさとさらなる高出力化を提供します。HybridPACK™ Drive G2は、さまざまな電流定格、素子耐圧 レベル (750 Vと1200 V) 、インフィニオンの次世代チップ技術EDT3 (Si IGBT) およびCoolSiC™ G2 MOSFETで利用できます。

 

750 Vおよび1200 Vクラスで出力が最大300 kWのHybridPACK™ Drive G2は、使い勝手の良さと、次世代相電流センサーの統合オプションやオンチップ温度センサーなどの新機能により、システムコストを改善できます。このパワーモジュールは、組立・実装技術の向上により、より高い性能と電力密度を実現しています。新実装技術 (チップ焼結)、新材料 (新黒色プラスチック筐体) の採用により、高耐熱化を実現し、高性能、長寿命になりました。

 

2017年に、シリコンEDT2技術を用いたHybridPACK™ Driveの第１世代 (G1) が登場しました。750 Vクラスで100 kWから180 kWの出力範囲に対応します。2021年、インフィニオンは、第１世代のHybridPACK™ Drive Automotive CoolSiC™ MOSFETで製品ファミリーを拡大し、インバーター設計により、1200 Vクラスで最大250 kWの高出力化、航続距離の延長、バッテリーサイズの縮小、システムサイズとコストの最適化を可能にしました。世界のさまざまな電気自動車プラットフォームで約300万台の販売実績のあるインフィニオンのHybridPACK™ Driveは、今や市場をリードするパワーモジュールとなっています。

 

供給状況について

新しいHybridPACK™ Drive G2の先行製品 (FS1150R08、FS01MR08、FS02MR12) は現在生産中で2023年５月から発売します。他の多くのファミリー製品は、2023年から2024年にかけて発売する予定です。詳細については www.infineon.com/hybridpackdriveをご参照ください。
