This page serves to provide our customers with access to the product nomenclature used in the datasheets for Infineon’s IR HiRel-branded products. The prefix generally denotes the product type, followed by various line-specific notations such as:

• Screening level
• Package
• Technology
• Generation
• Polarity
• Voltage
• Lead finish
